Teachers and Scientists Collaborating is a research project funded by the National Science Foundation and supported by GlaxoSmithKline, Progress Energy, and the Pratt School of Engineering, Duke University. CIBL's purpose is to provide North Carolina K-8 students with opportunities to learn to think as scientists: critically, creatively, and independently.
